Natalia (or Cookie, as she is fondly known) was born and raised in Colombia, and has lived in Toronto for the past 9 years. She started her business in April 2012, garnering great public response. Her artisanal, hand made products use mostly local organic ingredients with a latin twist. Cookie was the winner of the 2013 Empanada Throwdown. Join Cookie Martinezr, chef as she competes in Totalmente Tamales with her Colombian style!
